For various functions within FSM a full calender system is required. This manages work times for each staff member as well as allows them to make leave requests that their manager can approve or decline. This allows for seamless capacity planning with your production team always knowing exactly what hours they have available to them so they don't over commit.
Part of the time recording system is a time clock that allows staff to sign in and out and managers to administer these times, with clever features like auto rounding and auto away it takes a lot of the mundane tasks out of time sheet management. A manager can approve time sheets at the end of a pay period and these can be exported directly to your payroll system, saving time, data entry and increasing accuracy.
Many other HR features are available within FSM like document management, sales targets, automatic bonus system implementation and calculations and automatically generated organisation charts.


Calenders and Leave Request
Calender management is an integral part of FS Manager, to be able to schedule time you need to know exactly what you have available. FSM allows you to setup company, team and individual calenders with different rules, work days and times and breaks for each one. With public holidays automatically built in to the system you can add other leave days like shutdowns easily. Ensuring your payroll and capacity are always accurate.
Leave applications can be made through the system which notify their manager to approve or decline and then notify the user of the decision. With a full leave calender you can easily see who else is on leave and how that will affect your capacity before making that decision.
Timesheets and Payroll
Time sheet management is an arduous and time consuming task. With FSM all time sheets are located conveniently in one place to be able to edit and approve. AI warns you about time sheets and other factors that may fall outside normal parameters so you can check them.
Once approved your payroll manager can take the pay periods time sheet's to create a pay run. Pay runs can calculate bonuses based on numerous factors and rules, calculate time and a half and meal allowances automatically. Saving time and ensuring that pay runs are correct. These are then exported directly to your payroll system to minimise data reentry and ensure accuracy of your payroll.
