Delivery Management

Manufacturing aluminium joinery is only part of the process, you need to get it to your clients. To an outsider this sounds like a simple process, but time, weight and size constraints can quickly trip up inexperienced individuals.

FSM uses time based map scheduling in conjunction with AI to determine what can fit on your truck and how long it will take to get there, unload it and get back. It allows you to schedule vehicles quickly and efficiently while ensuring you have enough time and space to do so.

The system also manages a digital delivery manifest to ensure all items are checked on and off the vehicle and the customer has signed to accept the delivery.

Scheduling

Drag and drop scheduling lets you quickly and easily drop jobs, installs, site glazing and miscellaneous pickups and dropoffs onto the schedule. Colour coded and highlighted to identify each type of job and any account or payment rules to be complied with the schedule lets everyone in your business know exactly what is happening when.

Mapping and Directions

The delivery schedule is fully map based and can provide users directions within the windows version or direct links to directions in various maps available on the web version. This also aids users with optimising the route the vehicle is taking and minimising travelling time

Delivery Manifest

Each Delivery has it's own delivery manifest that can include aluminium joinery items as well as miscellaneous items such as flashings, support bars, sill trays, or any miscellaneous components. Using the digital manifest customers can sign for acceptance of a delivery and the driver can attach any photos necessary
